Hubei Ruixiang Apparel Co., Ltd. is a design-and-pattern house that happens to run six production lines. We are small enough to answer the phone and structured enough to ship a container on schedule.
01 — Who we are
A factory built
around a pattern room.
We began as a pattern workshop, not a sewing shed. That order still holds: the block is developed first, argued over, corrected, and only then does it reach the line. It is slower at the start and much faster afterwards.
Today the base in Hanchuan covers 1,200 m² with six OEM/ODM lines, a separate sample room and a finishing department. Contract output reaches RMB 180 million a year, and the clothes travel to buyers in more than ten countries.
Alongside the contract business we run Xiangyunsha, our own label for Chinese-style womenswear in gambiered Canton silk — a slower, smaller project that keeps our hand sharp.
02 — The founder
Designer and
pattern maker, both.
Thirty years in the trade, trained on both sides of the table — sketching the silhouette and drafting the block that holds it. It is a rare combination, and it is the reason clients bring us construction problems rather than catalogue styles.

03 — Organisation
How the house is run
Every stage has an owner and a written hand-off. Nothing moves to the next room until the previous one signs off.

Pattern room
Drafting, grading and fit correction. The block library is the company's real asset — kept, revised and reused rather than redrawn per order.

Sample room
Prototypes and fit samples with a dedicated machinist per category, so a gown and a knit set are never made by the same pair of hands.
C
Six lines
Woven and knit lines with in-line inspection at each operation, plus a finishing section for pressing, trims and packing.
D
Silk atelier
The Xiangyunsha label, run separately: cloth sourcing, cutting and hand finishing for small, slow, high-value runs.

Our export work is concentrated in North America, Europe and Southeast Asia — buyers who need consistent grading, reliable lead times and a factory that answers questions in English, quickly.
