Home / OEM / ODM
Your sketch,
to a shipping carton.
Two ways to work with us. OEM — you bring the design, we engineer the pattern and produce it. ODM — you choose from our development archive, we adapt it to your market, labels and size range.
01 — Services
What we take on
All under one roof: design interpretation, pattern, grading, sample, cutting, sewing, finishing and export packing.
01 / Pattern engineering
Pattern from a photo, sketch or worn sample
We read construction from a flat image or a reference garment — silhouette, seam placement, grain, drape — then draft a production pattern with fit notes, seam allowances and construction call-outs for the line.
02 / Grading
Size sets that behave
Grade rules set once and applied consistently, with per-size fit checks on the block. EU, US and UK size ranges, or your own spec sheet — including plus and petite runs.
03 / ODM development
Seasonal capsules, developed in-house
Two capsules a season across knitwear, occasion, resort and tailoring: fabric research, pattern, proto, fit sample, trims, private-label packaging. Yours exclusively by category and market.
04 / Production
Trial runs, then bulk on the same block
Small-batch trials to test a style before a line commitment, then scale on the identical pattern. Six lines, in-line QC, final AQL inspection, export cartons to your mark.
Structural work
We are hired for
the difficult pieces.
Boned corsetry, bias-cut drape, engineered shoulders, matched prints, hand-finished hems. If a style has been rejected by two other factories, that is usually where we start.
02 — Process
Five steps, no silence
You get a named contact and a written schedule at every stage. Photos or video at each milestone if you cannot visit.
01
Enquiry
Send tech pack, sketch, photo or reference garment with target quantity and market.
02
Pattern & quote
Pattern drafted, fabric and trim options priced, construction risks flagged before sampling.
03
Sample
Fit sample in your fabric or our stock, photographed on a form and sent for approval.
04
Bulk
Size set graded and sealed, cutting and sewing scheduled across the lines, in-line QC.
05
Inspect & ship
Final AQL inspection, packing to your carton mark, documents for FOB or CIF shipment.
Timings are typical for a first order and depend on fabric availability, construction complexity and quantity. They are confirmed in writing once the style is reviewed.

04 — Questions
Asked before every order
Can you work from one photo?
Yes — that is our most common starting point. Send the image plus any detail shots, and tell us the fabric you have in mind. We will draft the pattern and quote before cutting a sample.
Do you sign an NDA?
Gladly, before tech packs are exchanged. Nothing developed for a client appears on this website.
Who sources the fabric?
Either side. We can quote against fabric you supply, or source from our library and the Guangzhou and Keqiao markets — including Xiangyunsha silk from our own supply.
Can you handle private label?
Yes: woven labels, printed care labels, hangtags, polybags and carton marks. Send artwork and we will handle the rest.
Can we visit the factory?
You are welcome. Hanchuan is 40 minutes by high-speed rail from Wuhan; we can arrange pickup and a full walk-through of pattern room, sample room and lines.
What if the fit is wrong?
We correct and re-sample. Fit comments are logged against the block, so the correction carries into grading rather than being patched per size.
Start with a
tech pack.
A sketch, a photo, a competitor sample — anything. We will tell you honestly what it takes to make it well.
