Pattern first.
Made to your
line sheet.
Thirty years of design and pattern engineering, six production lines and 1,200 m² under one roof in Hanchuan. We build the fit — then we build the order, from twelve pieces to twelve thousand.
01 — Capabilities
What we make
Four categories, one pattern room. Every style below was developed, sampled and produced in-house — they are our portfolio, and your starting point.
02 — OEM / ODM
Fit is engineering,
not opinion.
Our founder trained as both a designer and a pattern maker. That is why this factory is organised around the pattern room: a correct block makes grading predictable, sampling fast and bulk production calm.
-
01
Pattern from a photo, sketch or worn sample We read construction from a flat image or a reference garment — silhouette, seam placement, drape — then draft a production-ready pattern with fit notes.
-
02
Grading & full size sets Consistent grade rules from base size up and down, so the size M you approve is the size M your customer receives.
-
03
Low-minimum trial runs Test a silhouette in small quantity before you commit a line. Fast first sample, then scale into bulk on the same pattern.
-
04
ODM development Two collections a season developed in-house: fabric selection, pattern, sample, trims and private-label packaging.
RMB 180 million refers to OEM/ODM contract output across six lines (approx. US$25M). The Xiangyunsha label is operated separately from the contract business.

03 — Own brand · Intangible heritage
Gambiered Canton silk,
cut for the world.
Xiangyunsha — 香云纱 — is dyed with plant sap, coated in river mud and cured under the southern sun. The cloth breathes like linen, softens with wear and holds colour for decades. We run it as our own label, from raw fabric to finished garment.
04 — In motion
The looks, moving
Four clips from the same development archive — drape, volume and print, seen on a body rather than on a hanger.
05 — Why buyers stay
Three reasons orders repeat
A
One team, pattern to pallet
Design, pattern, sample, cutting, sewing, finishing and export packing happen in one building. Fewer hand-offs, fewer surprises, one person to call.
B
Engineered fit, not guessed fit
Structural blocks — corsetry, bias drape, shoulder engineering — are our strength. Clients come back for the pieces that are hard to copy.
C
Export-ready from the start
Carton marks, polybag and hanger packing, size-ratio assortments, and documentation prepared for North American and European import.
“A pattern is a promise. Get the block right and everything downstream — grading, sampling, bulk — becomes calm.”
